Terms and Conditions for Models

General presentation

The hair must always be washed. Depending on the customer, there can be a specific make-up . The uniform has to be clean. In each case, a skin-coloured bra is mandatory.

• The shoes must be clean.
• The nails must be clean, manicured, and not too long.
• If piercings and tattoos are not tolerated by the customer, they must also be taken out, or be covered.
• The legs have always to be shaved.
• If the customer provides a uniform or a costume, the promoter, hostess, model has the obligation to wear it.
•  Chewing gums are strictly forbidden.

General behavior

Punctuality is most important. Always be on site 15 minutes before the start of your mission. We will take off 50CHF from your salary for every minute of delay.

Always get personally in touch with your manager on site before leaving for break or for the end of your mission. Never leave without notice.

Never talk about your salary or work conditions with anyone. We privilege full discretion and expect the same from you.

During work hours, talking about private matters or forming groups are strictly forbidden. We expect the most professional behaviour.

After a mission, should you receive a feedback, accept it. Under no circumstances should you bother the client with questions, personal views of the job or about your private life. We, Huber Event Promotion, are always open for your questions and feedbacks and the client will listen to us.

We expect active, honest, loyal employees who identify themselves with our company, act independently and work seriously. No jokes allowed.

We expect you to be at your best any time.

Mobile phones

Using a mobile phone during working hours will lead to final dismiss from our agency and blacklisting in our agency and all our partners and clients.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed from start to end of your working time. Not respecting this clause will lead to final dismiss from our agency and blacklisting in our agency and all our partners and clients.

Alcohol and drugs

Alcohol is not allowed from start to end of your working time. Not respecting this clause will lead to final dismiss from our agency and blacklisting in our agency and all our partners and clients.

Drug use is strictly forbidden any time. Medical controls can be made and legal sanctions applied. Not respecting this clause will lead to legal consequencies, final dismiss from our agency and blacklisting in our agency and all our partners and clients.

Social network / media

Under no circumstances are you allowed to use any social network / media in relation with your mission. Only the client and Huber Event Promotion are in grade to manage their communication. Not respecting this clause will lead to final dismiss from our agency and blacklisting in our agency and all our partners and clients.

Forms

The fees and hours forms must be filled in correctly and sent no later than 2 days after contract ending. After this deadline, the salary will be transfered without any overhours or expenses.

Cancellation due to illness

A medical certificate is mandatory at least 24 hours before start of the mission.

Cancellation for any other reasons

Confirming a mission is unconditional. Cancelling your confirmation of a mission will be sanctioned with a penalty of 350 CHF.

No-show and short term cancellation

For any no-show or cancellation within 48 hours before the mission, there will be 1000 CHF penalty.

Replacement promoter, hostess or model

Having confirmed availability for replacement is unconditional. Unavailability in case of need will be sanctioned with 350 CHF penalty.

A replacement promoter, hostess or model will be rewarded financially if employed for the mission she / he accepted to stay on hold.
